ELIGIBILITY

  1. Open to students aged 13 to 18 years at the time of entry.
  2. Participants must be currently enrolled in a high school, secondary school, or equivalent educational program.
  3. The competition is open to students worldwide, regardless of country of residence.
  4. Students must participate individually.
  5. Children of competition organizers, judges, and sponsors are not eligible to participate.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

  1. All submitted projects must be newly created during the competition period. Pre-existing projects, channels, stores, or content are not eligible.
  2. Projects must be publicly accessible online through established platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Etsy, personal websites, etc.).
  3. Eligible project types include but are not limited to: digital products, physical products, creative content, online services, apps, websites, social media channels, podcasts, music, art, and online businesses.
  4. Projects must comply with all applicable laws, platform terms of service, and intellectual property rights.
  5. Projects must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content as determined by the organizers.
  6. All content must be original or properly licensed, with credits given where required.

COMPETITION TIMELINE

  1. The competition runs for one calendar month from the announced start date.
  2. Organizers reserve the right to extend or modify the competition period at their discretion.
  3. All projects must be launched and publicly accessible by the competition deadline.
  4. Metrics will be evaluated based on performance during the competition period only.
  5. Results will be announced within two weeks of the competition end date.

JUDGING CRITERIA

  1. Projects will be evaluated based on verifiable real-world performance metrics appropriate to the project type.
  2. Accepted metrics include but are not limited to: sales figures, view counts, play statistics, download numbers, engagement rates, subscriber growth, and user acquisition.
  3. Participants must provide organizers with private access to verifiable analytics dashboards for their chosen platforms (Stripe, YouTube Analytics, Shopify, etc.).
  4. Screenshots or downloaded reports alone are not sufficient proof of metrics.
  5. Organizers reserve the right to verify metrics through direct platform access.
  6. In addition to raw metrics, judges will consider the project's innovation, execution quality, and market saturation level of the chosen field.

PRIZES AND PAYMENT

  1. A total prize pool of $2,000 USD will be distributed among winners.
  2. Prize breakdown: First Place ($1,000), Second Place ($500), Third Place ($250), Fourth Place ($250).
  3. Prizes will be awarded as digital gift cards or bank wire transfers, at the organizers' discretion.
  4. Payment method will be determined based on the winner's country of residence and available payment options.
  5. Winners may be required to provide additional documentation for prize processing.
  6. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.
  7. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days from notification will be forfeited.

SUBMISSIONS AND VERIFICATION

  1. All participants must complete the official registration form before the announced application deadline.
  2. Registration requires parental/guardian consent for participants under 18 years of age. If participant is under 18 years of age, then the registration shall be deemed to have the consent and permission of their parent or guardian and shall be deemed to be the signature and agreement of such parent or guardian.
  3. Participants must submit a project description, links to their project, and access to metrics/analytics by the competition end date.
  4. Organizers may request video calls or additional verification to confirm project ownership.
  5. Any attempt to manipulate metrics, use bots, or artificially inflate performance will result in immediate disqualification.
  6. Organizers' decisions regarding eligibility and results are final.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RIGHTS

  1. Participants retain full ownership of their projects and intellectual property.
  2. By entering, participants grant organizers permission to share project details, results, and participant names/likenesses for promotional purposes.
  3. Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the competition.
  4. Organizers may feature winning projects on competition websites and social media.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. Organizers reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, with changes posted on the official competition website.
  2. Organizers may disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in dishonest conduct.
  3. The competition may be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control.
  4. By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the organizers.
  5. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the competition organizers from any claims related to participation.
  6. Participants agree to be contacted via email, phone, or Discord by the competition organizers, judges, and sponsors.
